Schedule 9, Part 1, paragraph 1(6)

The FCA must give written notice to the operator and (if any) the trustee or depositary of the scheme concerned if, having considered any representations made, the FCA decides— to give the direction in the way proposed, or if it has been given, not to revoke the direction.
