Section 23(3)

The regulations referred to in subsection (2)(b)(i) are the following, as amended from time to time— the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011/99); the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/752); the Data Reporting Services Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/699).
