Schedule 11, paragraph 7

Section 84 (duties of local authorities in relation to designated areas) is amended as follows. In the heading, after “of” insert “Scottish and Welsh”. Before subsection (2) insert— This section applies in relation to a local authority in Scotland or Wales. Omit subsection (5).
