Schedule 12, Part 1, paragraph 3(1)

A person to whom a notice of intent is given may, within the period of 28 days beginning with the day after that on which the notice was given— object in writing to the local authority on a ground specified in sub-paragraph (2), and provide evidence that supports the objection.
