Schedule 12, Part 1, paragraph 8

In section 56 (rights of entry and inspection etc), for subsection (2) substitute— Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to a private dwelling except in relation to— a private dwelling in relation to which adaptations are required under section 24(1), or a private dwelling that is a vessel in relation to which there is a duty to make payments under section 26A(3).
