Schedule 15, Part 2, paragraph 9

Section 232 (orders and regulations) is amended as follows. In subsection (5), at the end insert— regulations under paragraph 3(3) or 11 of Schedule 2A. In subsection (7), after “or 105(2)(b)” insert “or paragraph 3(3) or 11 of Schedule 2A”.
