Schedule 16, paragraph 3

In section 17A (power to require restocking after unauthorised felling), after subsection (1A) insert— A restocking notice served by the Commissioners is a local land charge; and for the purposes of the Local Land Charges Act 1975 the Commissioners are the originating authority as respects the charge.
