Schedule 17, Part 1, paragraph 5(4)

Sub-paragraphs (5) and (6) apply where— a regulated person gives a notice under sub-paragraph (2), but the amount of the commodity used in the person’s UK commercial activities during the period exceeds the prescribed threshold.
