Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 2(1)

In this Schedule— “Crown land” means land in relation which there is an estate in land of a kind listed in column 1 of the following Table, and “the appropriate authority”, in relation to any Crown land, means the authority specified in column 2 for the estate in land in question.
