Schedule 19, Part 2, paragraph 9(2)

In subsection (2)— in paragraph (a), the reference to the landowner under the covenant is to be read as a reference to the appropriate authority, and in paragraph (b), the reference to the landowner under the covenant is to be read as a reference to the original landowner.
