Schedule 1, paragraph 1(1)

The OEP is to consist of— a Chair (who is to be a non-executive member), a Northern Ireland member (who is to be a non-executive member), at least two, but not more than five, other non-executive members, a chief executive (who is to be the accounting officer), and at least one, but not more than three, other executive members.
