Schedule 1, paragraph 8

The OEP may do anything (other than something mentioned in sub-paragraph (2)) it thinks appropriate for the purposes of, or in connection with, its functions. The OEP may not— accept gifts of money, land or other property, or form, participate in forming, or invest in, a company, partnership, joint venture or other similar form of organisation.
