Schedule 3, Part 1, paragraph 5(4)

“Northern Ireland public authority” means— a Northern Ireland department, or a person carrying out a Northern Ireland devolved function (including an implementation body carrying out such a function) that is not a function in connection with proceedings in the Northern Ireland Assembly or a function of any of the following persons— the OEP; a court or tribunal; the Northern Ireland Assembly.
