In subsection (2)— in paragraph (d) for “, the Welsh Ministers, a Northern Ireland department or a Minister within the meaning of the Northern Ireland Act 1998” substitute “or the Welsh Ministers”; in paragraph (f) for “devolved functions” substitute “Scottish devolved functions or Welsh devolved functions”.
