Schedule 4, Part 1, paragraph 5(1)

The regulations may make provision about the registration of compliance schemes, including provision about— requirements and criteria to be met before a compliance scheme may be registered, applications for registration, the imposition and variation of conditions in connection with registration, the period for which registration is to remain in force, the cancellation of registration.
