Schedule 4, Part 1, paragraph 5(3)

The regulations may make provision about the position of persons and compliance schemes pending determination or withdrawal of an appeal, including provision about cases in which— a compliance scheme is, or is not, to be treated as registered, or a person is, or is not, to be treated as a member of a registered compliance scheme.
