Schedule 7, Part 1, paragraph 4(1)

The regulations may include provision— prohibiting a product being distributed, sold or supplied unless it meets resource efficiency requirements; requiring persons connected with the manufacture, import, distribution, sale or supply of a product to provide information to other such persons.
