Schedule 8, paragraph 1(6)

A deposit scheme may provide that the amount of the deposit or refund in respect of a deposit item is— an amount specified, an amount determined and published by the relevant national authority in accordance with the scheme, or an amount determined by a scheme administrator in accordance with the scheme.
