Section 110(10)

A person must have regard to a protected site strategy so far as relevant to any duty which the person has under— the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/1012), sections 28G to 28I of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or sections 125 to 128 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
