Section 141

Schedule 7B to the Government of Wales Act 2006 (general restrictions on legislative competence of Senedd Cymru) is amended as follows. In paragraph 9(8)(b) (exceptions to restrictions relating to reserved authorities)— omit the “or” at the end of paragraph (v); after paragraph (vi) insert ; or the Environment Act 2021. In paragraph 11(6)(b) (exceptions to restrictions relating to Ministers of the Crown)— omit the “or” at the end of paragraph (v); after paragraph (vi) insert ; or the Environment Act 2021.
