Section 65(4)

In regulation 17 (exemptions from waste management licensing), in paragraph (4)— in sub-paragraph (b) for “and the fee (if any) required under regulation 18(12) have” substitute “has”; after sub-paragraph (b) insert ; and any fee required under regulation 20B has been paid.
