Section 69(2)

In section 33ZA (fixed penalty notices relating to depositing, treatment or disposal of waste: England)— in subsection (10), for the words from “the period” to the end substitute “a period specified by the authority.”; after that subsection insert— The Secretary of State may by regulations substitute different amounts for the amounts for the time being specified in subsections (9) and (10).
