In section 37D (water resources management plans: supplementary)— in subsection (1), in the words before paragraph (a), for “, 37AA or 37B” substitute “or 37AA”; in subsection (3)— in paragraph (a) for “to 37C” substitute “and 37AA”; omit paragraph (b) (and the “and” before it).
