Section 79(6)

The regulations may make provision about how representations (and any comments on them by the sewerage undertaker) are to be dealt with, including provision for— the Minister to cause an inquiry or other hearing to be held in connection with the plan, and section 250(2) to (5) of the Local Government Act 1972 (local inquiries: evidence and costs) to apply to such an inquiry or hearing (with or without modifications).
