Section 97(4)

In section 70 (confidentiality of information obtained by Environment Agency and Natural Resources Body for Wales)— the existing provision becomes subsection (1); after that subsection insert— Subsection (1) does not apply to information obtained by virtue of section 37A (disclosure of Revenue and Customs information).
