Schedule 2, paragraph 10(4)

In section 8 (interpretation)— before the definition of “CAP direct payment schemes” insert— “assimilated direct CAP legislation” has the meaning given by section 2; “assimilated law governing the CAP direct payment schemes” has the meaning given by section 2; in the definition of “enactment”, in paragraph (d), for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”; omit the definitions of “retained direct EU CAP legislation” and “retained EU law governing the CAP direct payment schemes”.
