Schedule 2, paragraph 6

The Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 (as amended by this Act) is amended as follows. In section 1(6) (power to remove or reduce burdens: definition of “legislation”), in paragraph (ab), for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”. In section 12 (procedure: introductory), in subsection (3), for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”.
