Schedule 2, paragraph 8(10)

In section 21(1) (index of defined expressions), in the table— after the entry for “Article (in relation the Treaty on European Union or the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union)”, insert— omit the entries for “Retained case law”, “Retained direct EU legislation”, “Retained direct minor EU legislation”, “Retained direct principal EU legislation”, “Retained domestic case law”, “Retained EU case law” and “Retained EU law”.
