In the following provisions omit paragraph (b) and the “or” before it— paragraph 2(2) (affirmative procedure for certain regulations under section 11 of the Act of 2020); paragraph 3(1), (3), (5) and (7) (affirmative procedure for certain sole regulations under section 12, 13 or 14 of the Act of 2020); paragraph 4(3), (5), (10) and (12) (affirmative procedure for certain joint regulations under section 12, 13 or 14 of the Act of 2020).
