Schedule 5, Part 2, paragraph 8(1)

The Welsh Ministers may not make a statutory instrument containing regulations to which this Part of this Schedule applies and which fall within paragraph 5(2) unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, Senedd Cymru.
