Schedule 5, Part 2, paragraph 9(5)

Condition 3 is that the period of 14 days beginning with the first day after the day on which the draft instrument was laid before the Senedd as mentioned in sub-paragraph (3)(b)(i) has ended without any recommendation being made as mentioned in sub-paragraph (4).
