In sub-paragraph (1) “relevant devolved legislature” means— in the case of regulations made jointly with the Scottish Ministers, the Scottish Parliament; in the case of regulations made jointly with the Welsh Ministers, Senedd Cymru; in the case of regulations made jointly with a Northern Ireland department, the Northern Ireland Assembly.
