Section 13(9)

In subsection (4)(a) “relevant enactment” means— if the provision made by the regulations is made by modifying assimilated direct legislation, any assimilated direct legislation; otherwise, any domestic enactment (as defined by section 5 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
