Section 16(3)

In section 12 (procedure: introductory) after subsection (2) insert— Paragraph 4 of Schedule 8 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (procedure for certain modifications of retained direct EU legislation or anything which is retained EU law by virtue of section 4 of that Act) does not apply in relation to orders under this Part.
