Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 · United Kingdom
A relevant national authority may by regulations make such provision as the relevant national authority considers appropriate in consequence of this Act. The provision referred to in subsection (1) includes provision modifying any enactment, including this Act.
