In this Act— references to an instrument made under an Act include in particular any Order in Council, order, rules, regulations, scheme, warrant or byelaw made under an Act; references to an instrument made under any assimilated direct legislation include in particular any Order in Council, order, rules, regulations, scheme, warrant or byelaw made under any assimilated direct legislation.
