Section 22(1)

The following provisions come into force on the day on which this Act is passed— sections 1 and 2; section 5(1), (2) and (4) to (7); section 7; sections 9 to 17 and Schedule 3; sections 19 to 21, this section, section 23 and Schedules 4 and 5.
