In paragraph 39 of Schedule 8 (transitional provision relating to certain exceptions to savings and incorporation)— in sub-paragraph (1) for “1 to 4” substitute “1 and 4”; in sub-paragraph (2) for “1 to 4” substitute “1 and 4”; in sub-paragraph (3) for “paragraphs 3 and” substitute “paragraph”; in sub-paragraph (4) for “1 to 4” substitute “1 and 4”; omit sub-paragraphs (5) and (6).
