Schedule 10, Part 1, Chapter 2A, paragraph 309R(10)

The appropriate regulator must give each of the interested parties written notice if, having considered the representations made, it decides— not to vary the approval, to vary the approval in a different way, or if the variation has taken effect, to rescind it.
