Schedule 10, Part 1, Chapter 2A, paragraph 309Z2(3)

Where the appropriate regulator takes action described in subsection (2)(c), (d) or (e)— it may not suspend an approval for more than 2 years; it may not impose conditions which have effect for more than 2 years; it may impose a condition so as to, among other things, require a person to take, or refrain from taking, specified action; it may impose a suspension, condition or limitation that has effect in relation to part of a function.
