Schedule 10, Part 2, paragraph 19

In Schedule 2A (Gibraltar-based persons carrying on activities in the UK), in paragraph 19 (power to reject: prohibition order in respect of senior manager), in sub-paragraph (2)(b)— omit the “or” at the end of paragraph (ii) and insert— an order under section 309B, or in paragraph (iii) for “or 143S” substitute “, 143S or 309B”.
