Schedule 11, Part 10, paragraph 159

In section 7D of the Bank of England Act 1998 (examination by Comptroller and Auditor General), in subsection (10)— in the definition of “resolution functions” after paragraph (b) insert— Schedule 11 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023, for the definition of “stabilisation powers” substitute— “stabilisation powers” means a stabilisation power within the meaning given by section 1(4) of the Banking Act 2009 or paragraph 1(4) of Schedule 11 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023.
