Schedule 11, Part 10, paragraph 165(2)

In this paragraph “relevant enactment” means any provision made by or under— the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986; the Insolvency Act 1986; FSMA 2000; the Companies Act 2006; the Banking Act 2009; the Bank Recovery and Resolution (No.2) Order 2014 (S.I. 2014/3348); the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (S.I. 1989/2405 (N.I. 19)); the Company Directors Disqualification (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/3150 (N.I. 4)).
