Schedule 11, Part 4, paragraph 10(1)

A CCP which is aggrieved by one of the following may refer the matter to the Tribunal— the imposition of a requirement on that CCP under paragraph 5, or the appointment, or the terms of the appointment, of a person to act as a temporary manager of that CCP under paragraph 6.
