Schedule 11, Part 4, paragraph 11(2)

If the Bank proposes to impose a requirement on a CCP under paragraph 5 or imposes such a requirement with immediate effect, it must give written notice— to that CCP, and to each of the directors or senior managers to whom the requirement relates.
