Schedule 11, Part 4, paragraph 12(3)

A notice given under paragraph 11(4) must— give details of the requirement, give the Bank’s reasons for imposing the requirement, state when the requirement takes effect, inform the director that the director may make representations to the Bank within such period as may be specified in the notice (whether or not the matter has been referred to the Tribunal), and inform the director of the director’s right to refer the matter to the Tribunal.
