Schedule 11, Part 5, paragraph 104

This paragraph applies to— share transfer instruments, property transfer instruments, resolution instruments, and third-country instruments. An instrument may include provision for disputes to be determined in a specified manner. Provision by virtue of sub-paragraph (2) may, in particular— confer jurisdiction on a court or tribunal; confer discretion on a specified person.
