Schedule 11, Part 5, paragraph 105(6)

In relation to the exercise of a supplemental, onward, bridge or subsequent instrument under paragraph 49, 50, 52, 66, 67, 69, 71, 73 or 82, in sub-paragraph (5)(a) above “the stabilisation power” is a reference to the first stabilisation power in connection with which the supplemental, onward, bridge or subsequent instrument is made.
