Schedule 11, Part 5, paragraph 51(1)

This paragraph applies where the Bank has made a share transfer instrument in accordance with paragraph 27(2), 29(3) or 30(2) (“the original instrument”) providing for the transfer of securities issued by a CCP to a person (“the original transferee”).
