Schedule 11, Part 5, paragraph 68(1)

This paragraph applies where the Bank has made a property transfer instrument in accordance with paragraph 27(2) (“the original instrument”) providing for the transfer of property, rights or liabilities of a CCP to a person (“the original transferee”).
